Comfortable Stay with Great Breakfast Options

The hotel staff's attentiveness stood out, especially during breakfast. They offered a good selection, including smoothies that were a hit! The room was clean and provided a peaceful atmosphere, as it was well-insulated from any outside noise, nice for a relaxing night. I would have appreciated more variety in the breakfast items offered.

Wifi not good. Liked the breakfest the best. Jacuzzi tub leaked terribly and the timer would not turn off.

The bed was comfortable.

No separate shower from spa tub. Difficult to manuever to shower for older people. Difficult to find. No signage. Person at desk could not give directions over phone.

I was disappointed that the hotel couldn't provide a handicapped room despite my prior request. They failed to give me a receipt upon checkout, frustrating. I attempted to directly contact the hotel for assistance, but I only reached an online service without any resolution.

it was a comfortable and incredibly beautiful hotel in a great area, right by the galleria mall. i really enjoyed the room where heater did work. the breakfast was free and very satisfying and offered a huge variety of options. the location was great, the staff was courteous.

Business fails to offer military/veterans discount

The so-called "nice" breakfast was a joke, more like a sad cafeteria offering. I asked for a room upgrade and was treated like I was asking for a million bucks. I almost wrote a glowing review but then I remebered my experience at the front desk, unhelpful, of course.

The stay was a great location for all the family members we came to visit.

Our name was NOT on their reservation list. We had taken a print-out of the "confirmation" sent us by Booked.net but neither we nor the staff could find the CONFIRMATION number on it. Staff finally found on their computer my husband's FIRST name, completely FOREIGN address, no last name. Staff was polite and finally accepted our reservation.....a few white-knuckle minutes, no thanks to Booked.net!

excellent continental breakfast in comparison to other hotels I have stayed in.

wifi was too sporadic and unreliable. the cost of the room was too much and in my opinion too delegated and regulated given the area. economically this area should be seeing less of a charge.

Families will appreciate this place

Check-in was seamless and they handed me a cold bottle of water like it was no big deal. They even have a friendly staff who helped us out with nearby dinner options making our stay feel warm and cute.

It was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

The bathroom was well-designed, though higher toilets could better accommodate guests with mobility issues. Breakfast options included a good variety, and the fresh meat was a particular highlight.

The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Richland Cinemas. There were shopping centers and a market around the hotel.
